Natural veneer is used mainly on high-visibility, low-impact, wrap-friendly interior trim. Beyond the positions shown, it also appears on seat backs, rear centre armrests, steering-wheel trim, headliner and quarter-panel accents, functional covers, executive-cabin modules and luggage compartments.
From a single trim strip to a complete interior package, delivered to the vehicle’s development milestones. Positions shown are typical; actual scope is defined per project.

Natural Wood Veneer Trim
The warmth and grain of natural species. Logs are sourced at origin from North America, Africa and Europe, and we run the complete sequence in-house — steaming, slicing, lamination and die-cutting — with matched-pattern options and colour managed piece by piece through same-batch grain matching and visual shading.
Primarily North American species, supplemented by premium African and European timbers, sourced at origin by our overseas procurement team.
Quarter, crown, random and herringbone — matched to the vehicle’s pattern requirements.
Unified colour and screened defects, with same-batch grain matching and piece-by-piece visual shading.
Backing technology enables wrapping over complex curves while balancing adhesion and flexibility.
Before natural wood can become an automotive part it has to pass the physical test. All eight processes are in-house — from imported log intake to 100% inspected dispatch — with no outsourced steps.
Logs are sawn to specification and loaded into steaming pits, where circulating steam softens the wood, removes impurities and minerals, evens out colour and destroys insect eggs.
After steaming, the wood is rotary- or half-round-cut at constant temperature into natural veneer, with thickness tolerance controlled sheet by sheet.
Veneer is dried to a stable moisture content for storage and mould prevention, then cut and trimmed to use, removing defective sections.
Sorted to product requirements — colour unified and defects screened out — so quality stays consistent for downstream processing and use.
Veneer is cut to product dimensions and matched to specification, grain and pattern requirements so the overall effect stays consistent and clean.
Cut and matched veneer is laminated with adhesive film and non-woven backing to product requirements, ready for sanding, die-cutting, thermoforming and injection moulding.
The laminated veneer is sanded to the specified thickness and die-cut precisely to part dimensions.
Appearance, part dimensions and colour difference, gloss, adhesion and weathering performance are inspected to quality standards, then cleaned and packed.
PRECISION & TESTING
We don’t show plant photography. Equipment precision, test scope, process limits and delivery data are the evidence that actually answers the question.

* This page shows no plant photography; manufacturing capability is presented through verifiable metrics.
