Responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system and for incoming, in-process and finished-goods quality control; leads quality problem analysis (8D, the seven QC tools) and closes the loop on corrective and preventive actions, driving supplier quality improvement. Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and hands-on manufacturing quality experience required.
APPLYManages the full lifecycle of automotive genuine wood interior projects, from customer requirement alignment and sample development to production launch; prepares and tracks APQP plans and coordinates design, process, production and quality resources. Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with automotive product development processes preferred.
APPLYOversees order and material management, production follow-up, finished-goods storage and shipping plans; handles non-conforming goods and customer reconciliation; implements IATF 16949 requirements in logistics and warehousing and drives on-site 6S and safety management. Experience in veneer or automotive interior parts preferred.
APPLYDevelops and maintains overseas customers and manages the full export process for veneers and decorative panels, including overseas trade shows and customer visits. Fluent spoken and written English required, with experience in export sales or the wood industry.
